The Flint River! Home of Shoal Bass, Large Mouth, Gar and much more. We have a certain float that we like to call the Premium Float! It’s about a 10 mile float of awesome looking water and the scenery is mind blowing. The fishing in this float is a step or two above the others. Reason being is it’s harder to navigate which makes not as many people go there and therefor it’s less pressured for that reason. This is by far the favorite float where memories get made and giant shoal bass get caught!
There is many different sections of the Flint River with some being short and some being long. The scenery on the Flint River is second to none it’s unbelievable from the limestone banks, to the hundreds of year old cypress trees, to the man made shoals by the Indians. It feels like you are in uncharted waters when you are on the Flint. We guide all the time on the River and many different sections of it at that.
